Under your Admin picture you see “Use Facebook as …. your fan page name”. Then find some pages that match your niche. Then find some posts on these pages that have many comments and likes. Make a good comment here. All people who clicked “Like” or commented on this status will see your comment. If you do great interaction people can click on your link. If they are not your fans yet, they will see your mini website before they click “Like” button (if you made proper settings).
Also you can use Pay Per Click marketing to promote your fan page.
